Tarah bubbly

Yussss, I posted this!! I did it like last week, it took me an average time; 2 hours.
I just LOVE how I did this! I was inspired by the song 'flow' by Nami Miyahara
I put a mark,because yet again, I'm very proud of this one.
I luv how I did teh bubbles and the BG.
But I HATED how I did Tom!! his eyes were sooo...blech!!! At least I tried to fix it up, and it looks less un-cute,but for real, he's soooooooo cute!!!
